After completing an eLearning course, please allow 1–3 hours for your credit to be processed in our system.To access your accreditation report:
  1. Log into your IBAO account.
  2. Select Accreditation Report.
  3. Choose a start and end date (we recommend using the current licensing year: Oct 1 – Sept 30).
  4. Click the Adobe icon to download your report.

In order to access registered courses: 

  1. Access them via the Learning Library tab found in your IBAO profile.
  2. Once you click into Go to Courses, you will see them under My Courses.

Successful completion of eLearning Library content requires:
- Passing the quiz.
- Meeting the required time for each lesson (indicated by check marks).
For continuing education credits to be released, a course must be marked as Completed.
The system tracks progress through the navigation panel on the left—every section must be checked off. Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom of each section so the system registers it as complete.
If a course still shows a Continue button in your My Courses folder, it means there are sections left unfinished. Once all sections are complete, the course will move to your Completed Courses folder.

There are two common reasons why progress may not be saved:
- Your Wi-Fi connection was interrupted or disconnected while completing the course.
- You exited the browser without clicking the Update button.

Once you finish an on-demand course, it will automatically move from your My Courses folder to your Completed Courses folder.
